Nowadays, change is one of the important and undeniable factors in the organizations, that, they are involved constantly in order to answer to their needs and the competitive environments. Therefore, the Change Management becomes a critical knowledge for success of organizations' projects. Knowledge Management is one of the projects that need a set of changes in different levels of firms; hence, Change Management has an important role for its success. In the meantime, the corporate culture is one of the factors which has considerable role in the success of knowledge management, particularly in knowledge sharing. This paper studies the capability of implementing knowledge management, as a new change, in the organization by emphasizing the cultural aspects in knowledge sharing. The qualitative methodology used in this research with a descriptive-analytic method and experimental way in order to define cultural aspects regarding to knowledge sharing. For experimental part, a questionnaire is applied in the Iranian Organization for Science and Technology. The results of this study were analyzed by using SPSS software. This paper shows the necessity of carrying out change management at the same time of knowledge management, during the project.
