Yeast extract 1.0 g

Peptone 1.0 g

NaNO3 6.0 g

Casamino acids(Difco 0230) 1.0 g

Agar 15.0 g

Adenine 0.15 g

Vitamin solution(see below) 10.0 ml

Distilled Water up to 1.0 L

Adjust pH to 6.0. sterillize at 121 °C for 10 minutes .

Vitamin solution :

Biotin 0.01 g

Pyridoxine HCl 0.01 g

Thiamine HCl 0.01 g

Riboflavin 0.01 g

P- aminobezoic acid 0.01 g

Nicotinic acid 0.01 g

Distilled Water up to 100 ml

Sterillize at 121 °C for 10 minutes.
