pH 7.6

Solution B:

NH4Cl 0.4 g

MgSO4.7H2O 0.1 g

Na2S2O3 5.0 g

Trace elements (see medium 61) 10.0 ml

Phenol red 3.0 mg

Agar, if necessary 15.0 g

Distilled water 900.0 ml

Autoclave part A and B separately; mix when cool.
