Concentrated HCl 3.0 ml

DW up to 100.0 ml

Solution 3

Ca-Pantothenate (0.1% solution) 3.0 ml

Maltose 200.0 g

CaCl2 1.5 g

FeSO (1% in HCl 1N) 0.2 ml

DW up to 500.0 ml

Autoclave at 7 lbs. for 15 minutes, aseptically add 10.0 ml. of solution 3 to each 90 ml.of the basal medium.
