Solution 1:

(NH4) 2SO4 3.0 g

KCl 0.1 g

K2HPO4 0.5 g

MgSO4.7H2O 0.5 g

Ca(NO3)2 0.01 g

Distilled Water 500.0 ml.

Solution 2:

FeSO4.7H2O 44.22 g

H2SO4 1.0 ml

Distilled Water 250 ml

Solution 3:

Agar 15.0 g

Distilled Water 250 ml

Sterillize solution 1 and 3 with autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes and filter sterilize solution 2 ; Mix then Adjust pH to 2-2.3. For Broth medium omit agar and add 250 ml Distilled Water to solution 1.
