Vitamin solution (see medium 98) 3.0 ml

Trace metals solution (see medium 61) 1.0 ml

Bromocresol purple (sat. aqu. solution) 2.0 ml

Na2S2O3.5H2O 5.0 g

Agar,if necessary 15.0 g

Distilled water 1000.0 ml

Sterilize the phosphates separately in 1/10 of medium volume and mix with the other salts when cool. Add filter-sterilized vitamin solution. Medium pH 7.1.
