IROST hosts an international webinar on " the potential of bamboo as a material for sustainable construction in Iran " in cooperation with the United Nations Climate Change Global Innovation Hub and the International Bamboo and Rattan Organization on March 13, 2023. The webinar is open to the public at https://irost.org/en/bamboo from 13:00 to 15:00 PM (Tehran Time). The webinar will focus on key topics related to the utilization of bamboo as a material for sustainable construction in Iran. In particular, speakers will discuss transformative innovation, an overview of the global bamboo construction sector, affordable disaster-resistant bamboo housing, and bamboo in Iran as well as participate in a moderated panel discussion.
